Annabel is an Argentine-born female singer active in Japan, working primarily on anime theme songs with a delicate, crystalline voice; she was affiliated with Lantis from around 2009 to 2015. She performed the ending 'glass' for the short anime She and Her Cat -Everything Flows-, originally created by Makoto Shinkai, as well as the CANAAN ending 'My heaven' and the Gangsta. ending 'Yoru no Kuni,' earning high praise for quiet, restrained songs that embrace each story's emotional world. She is widely regarded as an artist especially well suited to lyrical, ambient-leaning material.
