Prism☆Box is a combined Japanese dance-and-vocal group assembled from members of the Avex-affiliated unit Prizmmy☆ and its younger-sister unit Prism☆Mates. Both of the parent groups are tied to the Pretty Rhythm girls' idol franchise, and Prism☆Box exists to expand that franchise's musical world by uniting performers from both generations in a single lineup. With their bigger member count and the accumulated polish of their training at the Avex Artist Academy, the group specializes in anthemic, feel-good songs built around layered harmonies and the upbeat pop-dance choreography that has become a Pretty Rhythm hallmark. Their anime credits include "RainBow×RainBow," the ending theme of Pretty Rhythm: Rainbow Live, and "Happy Happy Harmony," the ending theme of Tamagotchi! Yume Kira Dream, the popular virtual-pet-inspired kids' anime. Together these songs showcase the group's bright, welcoming sound and their role as a crossover bridge between multiple family-friendly anime franchises of the early 2010s.
