Tetsuya Kanmuri is a heavy metal and hard rock singer from Uji, Kyoto. After the band So What? which he formed in 1991, he launched his solo project THE Kanmuri, and is also known for appearances in musicals staged by Gekidan Shinkansen. He performed Happy Go Go Lucky, an ending theme of the TV anime Masuda Kosuke Gekijo Gag Manga Biyori GO, his distinctive delivery powerfully closing out the show's surreal comedy.
