Meiyo Densetsu is a five-piece rock band made up of Kotani (vocals), Kessaku (guitar), Hidamari Yutori (bass), Onami Melody (drums) and Utakazu (keyboards). Approachable pop melodies, humane, down-to-earth lyrics and an energetic band sound have won them a following among younger listeners. For the TV anime A Salad Bowl of Eccentrics, they perform the ending theme "Konban no Kenka," portraying the trivial little squabbles of everyday life with humor and warmth.
