Tomoyasu Hotei is one of Japan's most prominent guitarists and singer-songwriters. Debuting as the guitarist of the legendary rock band BOØWY, he left a major mark on Japan's rock scene, then continued with COMPLEX before establishing himself internationally as a solo artist. His signature sharp cutting and riffwork and his dynamic stage presence define his style, and he is globally recognized for "Battle Without Honor or Humanity," used in the film Kill Bill. In anime, he has contributed "Another World," the opening theme of the TV anime Suicide Squad Isekai, as well as the main theme of ClassicaLoid.
