A pupil of Hiroyuki Sawano, he has written soundtracks for numerous anime, films, and dramas, most famously Attack on Titan: The Final Season, establishing himself as a top-tier composer. He specializes in meticulous, emotionally rich music that fuses heavy orchestration with contemporary electronic sound. On vocal tracks he collaborates with a wide range of singers such as Maya Akechi to create songs that color the worlds they accompany.
