Mr.Children is one of Japan's most iconic rock bands, consisting of Kazutoshi Sakurai (vocals, guitar), Kenichi Tahara (guitar), Keisuke Nakagawa (bass), and Hideya Suzuki (drums). With lyrics that are both delicate and powerful and their deeply melodic songwriting, they have been loved across generations. They have also contributed to anime: they wrote in the pocket, the theme song for Naoko Yamada's theatrical anime The Colors Within, co-arranging it with Kensuke Ushio to deliver a delicate track that sits close to the film's world. They also performed Birthday, the theme song for the film Doraemon: Nobita's New Dinosaur.
