Subway Daydream is a four-piece Japanese rock band formed in Osaka, consisting of the Fujishima twin brothers and their childhood friends Tamami and Kana. Rooted in alternative and indie rock, they filter a wide range of musical influences through a pop sensibility to create their signature sound. For Stand By Me, the opening theme of the TV anime Mou Ippon!, they matched the story of overcoming setbacks to chase a dream with a powerful punk sound that channeled the protagonists' positive energy.
