Maharajan is a male solo singer-songwriter from Tokyo, instantly recognizable for his striking visual: a sharp suit topped with a turban. His strong musicianship and humor-packed lyrics quickly put him on the map. Since the digital release of his EP Ii Koto ga Shitai, he has carved out a unique presence in the scene, and his major-label debut earned him Artist of the Year at Tower Records' Tower Recommend Awards. He took on his first original anime song with Kurae! Telepathy, the opening theme for the TV anime Tomo-chan Is a Girl!
