the peggies is a Japanese all-girl three-piece rock band consisting of Yuho Kitazawa (Vo/Gt), Makiko Ishiwatari (Ba), and Miku Onuki (Dr). They are known for up-tempo pop tunes and crystalline vocals. With many anime tie-ins to their credit, they have performed "Kimi no Sei," the theme song of a "Rascal Does Not Dream" film, "Ashiato" (ED of "My Hero Academia"), and "Centimeter" (OP of "Rent-a-Girlfriend"), among others.
