AK-69 is a Japanese hip-hop artist and rapper from Komaki, Aichi Prefecture. Rising from the independent scene based in Nagoya, he is widely regarded as a leading figure in the Japanese-language rap scene. In anime, he performs "Into the Fire," the opening of "Re:Monster," and "Souten no Hate ni," the opening of "Fist of the Blue Sky: Regenesis," layering his hardcore, hard-hitting flow onto the worlds of these series.
