Maneki Kecak is a Japanese female idol group formed in 2015 under the production of the Japan Twintail Association. Its name fuses "maneki-neko"—the lucky-cat charm that invites good fortune—with "kecak," the rhythmic chants used by idol fans at shows, capturing the group's concept of delivering a world of "fortune" that goes beyond the usual "moe." Known for distinctive costumes, original songs, and carefully layered chorus work, they have continued activities through multiple member changes and performed nationwide tours. Their anime tie-ups include "Awesome!," an ending theme for the TV anime "RPG Real Estate."
