Little Black Dress is a solo project by singer-songwriter Ryo from Okayama Prefecture. Raised on enka from a young age, Ryo began playing guitar in high school and debuted in 2019 with the single "Sugoroku," then broke through in 2022 with "Hakuu," the ending theme for the TV anime "Parallel World Pharmacy." The striking stage name, coined by art director Shino Shinfu, fronts a project that entrances listeners with a singularly personal songwriting world and emotionally charged vocals.
