Daichi Miura
Artist
Daichi Miura is a Japanese singer, dancer, and entertainer from Okinawa Prefecture. After studying song and dance at the Okinawa Actors School from childhood, he made his debut in 1997 as a member of the dance group Folder, then relaunched as a solo artist in 2005. His extraordinary vocal ability and command of rhythm—layered with dance moves that punctuate bursts of motion with split-second stillness—have earned him comparisons to Michael Jackson. His anime tie-ups include theme songs for "Parasyte -the maxim-" and the anime film "Bokura no Yoake."
