Enigma is a Germany-based music project led by Michael Cretu. Their signature sound fuses ethnic music, Gregorian chant, and classical elements with electronic dance beats through painstaking production, producing worldwide hits. Their debut album "MCMXC a.D." topped charts internationally and helped rekindle interest in Gregorian chant as pop music. Their tracks have also been licensed for anime and other media, giving their atmospheric style a long and wide-reaching presence.
