Rie Kitagawa is a Japanese female singer and musical-theater actress from Chiba, Japan. A drama major at Meiji University, she combines strong vocals with an actor's sensibility and is especially known for her long-running contributions to the Pretty Cure franchise, performing opening and ending themes for series including "Go! Princess Pretty Cure," "Maho Tsukai Pretty Cure!," and "Star Twinkle Pretty Cure," bringing her voice to fans across generations.
