KiRaRe is a middle-school idol unit at the center of the "Re:STAGE! Dream Days!" multimedia project, and also the name of the voice-actress unit formed by the actresses who play its characters. With the cast performing live shows, releasing CDs, and recording anime insert songs, the project delivers the story of girls chasing their idol dreams on two levels at once—through its fiction and through the real-world performances of its voice cast.
