Kenichi Asai is one of Japan's most influential rock musicians, originally from Nagoya. After shaking the scene as the vocalist and guitarist of the legendary band BLANKEY JET CITY, he went on to form SHERBETS, AJICO, and JUDE, launching his own label SEXY STONES RECORDS and pursuing a solo career. Celebrated for his outlaw lyricism and razor-edged guitar work, he continues to release albums and has even reunited AJICO in recent years.
