A Tokyo-based band of four members: Fukase (vocals), Nakajin (guitar), Saori (piano), and DJ LOVE. With their fairy-tale-like fantastical worldview and a free-roaming musicality that crosses rock, pop, and electronic, they enjoy passionate support both in Japan and abroad. 'RAIN', written for Studio Ponoc's first feature anime film 'Mary and the Witch's Flower', is a ballad with lyrics by Fukase and Saori and music by Nakajin, Fukase, and Saori. Fukase wrote the first verse and Saori the second, expressing protagonist Mary's emotions through weather metaphors. Featuring a hammered dulcimer at the production team's request, the song received the Excellence Award at the 59th Japan Record Awards.
