Sakura Tange & Kyoko Hikami is a limited-run voice-actress duo formed by the two popular female voice actresses. For the TV anime 'Trouble Chocolate' they voiced the main heroines while also performing both the opening theme 'C.H.O.C.O.' and the ending theme 'Anata ni Aitakute ~Missing You~ Millennium Dance Version.' The ED is a cover of Seiko Matsuda's hit, originally written by Matsuda with music by Matsuda and Ryo Ogura, revived through the cute, transparent twin-vocal of the two actresses. As show-tied songs sung by voice-actress artists, they came to symbolize one face of the late-90s anime music scene.
