Motomiya Maika and Suzuki Toshimune are the singing duo behind 'Iroha Uta,' the ending theme of the TV anime 'Kisou Senjo Rouran,' performed in two versions—a female vocal take by Motomiya Maika and a male vocal take by Suzuki Toshimune. Suzuki wrote the lyrics, Asao Nogami composed the music and Takashi Iiyoshi arranged it, layering Asian-tinged orchestration with melodic lines that echo the erhu. By using the contrast between male and female voicings of the same song, the ED becomes an integral expression of this Chinese wuxia-flavoured mecha anime's unique world.
