Matsumoto Rica performed the opening themes "Challenger!!" and "Spurt!" for "Pokemon Advanced Generation" (2002). Hirokazu Tanaka composed and arranged all tracks. As the voice of protagonist Ash (Satoshi) in the Pokemon series, she is an iconic presence in the franchise both as a voice actress and singer.
