Oshitani Saki is a Japanese singer-songwriter from Takatsuki City in Osaka. She crosses genres including pop, jazz, and classical in her songwriting, and is also active providing music for stage productions and visual works as a multifaceted composer. With her December 2008 single 'Hoshi no Kanata e,' she performed the ending theme (episodes 1 through 31) for the Toei Animation TV anime 'Negibouzu no Asatarou.' The track features lyrics by Sachiko Omori, composition by Oshitani herself, and arrangement by Junjiro Seki, and her gentle, clear vocals added a quiet, nightsky-like calm to the wandering young swordsman's journey.
