Sachi Tainaka is a singer who performed two opening themes—"disillusion" and "Kirameku Namida wa Hoshi ni"—for "Fate/stay night" (2006) and the ending theme "Itoshii Hito e" for "Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit" (2007). Her memorable opening themes for the landmark first TV anime adaptation of the Fate series helped define the show's identity. She also wrote both lyrics and music for "Itoshii Hito e."
