Kaiji with Reddobon Chiriizu is a project unit that handled 'Mirai wa Bokura no Te no Naka', the opening theme of the TV anime 'Kaiji: Ultimate Survivor'. The original is a song by THE BLUE HEARTS, a cover of that band's signature track written and composed by guitarist Masatoshi Mashima. Actor Masato Hagiwara, who voiced the protagonist Kaiji, served as vocalist, powerfully coloring the tense work's opening with an intensity that overlapped with the protagonist's life of staking everything on gambling. It became a track that hurled the impulse of rock head-on at the gritty yet passionate worldview of the source work.
