Diligent Circle of Ekoda is a large big band centered on trumpeter Junichi Kanesaki, formerly of the legendary brass-rock group Spectrum, and made up of players active across many fields. With a sizable horn section, the band specializes in tight, sharply articulated brass sound. In anime, they performed the opening theme 'NAJICA' for 'Najica Blitz Tactics' (2001). Composed and arranged by Kanesaki, the brass-rock instrumental brought a stylish, driving sound fitting the spy-action series to the screen through full-scale big band performance.
