Lemon Angel Project is a unit credited under the name of the idol group formed within the 2006 anime of the same name. Three characters aiming to become new idols in the story, Tomo (CV: Ryo Shihono), Saya (CV: Ami Koshimizu), and Miki (CV: Miki Maruyama), performed the opening theme 'Angel addict' under that name. Lyrics were by Seiko Fujibayashi, composition by Arata Tanimoto, and arrangement by Akira Sasaki. Loosely inspired by an 1980s idol group, the work tied the characters' singing to its in-story developments, supplying songs as the central unit of the idol anime.
