In the 1990s she sang 'Zankoku na Tenshi no Teeze', the opening theme of 'Neon Genesis Evangelion', a monumental work in anime song history that has been loved across generations. With singing that combines clarity and strength, she has handled many anime theme songs, also performing 'Aoki Honoo', the opening of the anime 'Pumpkin Scissors', 'metamorphose', the opening of 'This Ugly Yet Beautiful World', and 'WING', the ending of 'Ah! My Goddess'.
