Toshiyuki Morikawa is a male voice actor from Kanagawa. He has many signature roles, including Hiroshi Nohara in 'Crayon Shin-chan', Minato Namikaze in 'NARUTO', and Enel in 'ONE PIECE', and is also known for dubbing Tom Cruise films in foreign film dubs. He is a highly skilled veteran who also serves as the representative of a voice acting agency. In the TV anime 'Saint Beast: Seijuu Korin Hen' he played Go, the Seiryu, and sang the ending theme 'Owaranai Yume no Hitotoki'.
