BARNABYS is a Japanese punk rock band made up of female members. Songwriting is led mainly by member Ai, and their weapon is a driving sound that fuses punk with rap / hip-hop elements. For the TV anime 'MEZZO' directed by Yasuomi Umetsu, they performed both the opening theme 'Sukima Mimaitai' and the ending theme 'Mitsu'. Their aggressive guitar riffs and rough yet sultry vocals struck a brilliant match with the hard-boiled world of Mikura Suzuki and her team, who tackle dangerous jobs as a do-anything agency.
