Describing her singing career to date as a "rainbow" and stepping forward to what lies beyond it, the album is positioned as Toyama's final full album before her singing-activity hiatus, expressing gratitude and hope to everyone who has supported her. Common to all formats, the tracklist features new songs themed around "seven colors," four anime theme songs newly included on an album for the first time, and original songs written and composed by Toyama herself, for a total of 12 tracks.
The release rolls out in four formats: Limited Edition A, Limited Edition B, Regular Edition, and Animate Limited Set (production-limited). Limited Edition A includes a bonus Blu-ray of the main set from Nao Toyama One-Man Live 2026 "Matsuri." Limited Edition B includes a bonus collaboration CD featuring guest appearances by major artists. The Regular Edition offers the full album in a standard package.
The Animate Limited Set is a deluxe production-limited package combining the full album, the bonus collaboration CD, the bonus Blu-ray, and merchandise. Its Blu-ray contains the full live footage including the encore from "Matsuri," and the merchandise includes the long-awaited "Osuwari Mochibou-chan" plushie.

First-pressings of the three other formats (Limited A, Limited B, Regular) will include a "Bonus Event Ticket" for free-admission events held in the Kanto and Kansai areas.
Marking the 10th anniversary of her singing career, Toyama will hold "10th Anniv. Final Live OVER THE RAINBOW at Nippon Budokan" at Tokyo's Nippon Budokan on March 11, 2027.
