[Toshimi Tagawa - Profile]
Toshimi Tagawa debuted in 1992 with "Onna... Hitoritabi" through Nippon Columbia, winning numerous newcomer awards at the Japan Record Awards, Japan Music Awards and other ceremonies. In 1994 she made her first appearance at the 45th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen, going on to appear four times total. She also won Best Vocal Performance at the 43rd Japan Record Awards and has received the Japan Lyricists' Awards, Japan Yusen Awards and the Masato Fujita Prize among many other honors. In 2026 she celebrates her 35th debut anniversary, releasing the commemorative single "Inochi Kagero."
