Original video anime produced by Asia-do, based on Yumiko Suzuki's shojo manga 'Hakucho Reiko de Gozaimasu!' under director Mitsuru Hongo. The wealthy comedy romance follows the absolute young lady Reiko Hakucho, who attends an elite girls' school, and the male high schooler Tetsuya whom she dominates and entangles. The OVA condenses Suzuki's high-energy gags and lavish worldview into roughly 45 minutes. Risa Tachibana performs the theme song, lending her voice to the work. As the first screen adaptation in the larger 'Hakucho Reiko' franchise that later expanded into TV drama (starring Yasuko Matsuyuki) and live-action film, it occupies an important early position.
