Theatrical short tied to the second Akko-chan TV series, screened at the Toei Manga Matsuri in March 1989. A neighborhood plaza is threatened by a developer who turns out to be the father of Akko's friend Taishou. Akko transforms into four different characters to set things right. Based on Fujio Akatsuka's manga.
