Fourth Dragon Ball theatrical film and the first Z movie, based on Akira Toriyamas manga. Set after the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament, Garlic Jr. plots revenge against Kami by gathering the Dragon Balls for immortality and abducting Gokus son Gohan. Goku, Piccolo and Krillin fight back through the so-called Dead Zone to rescue Gohan. Released as the headline title of the final Toei Manga Festival.
