Director and writer Tetsurou Amino delivers the first theatrical entry of the Super-Deformed Gundam franchise, with chibi-styled Gundams, Char and other classic characters romping through a comic board-game-inspired adventure that opened a fresh and child-friendly avenue for the Gundam series.
