Theatrical anime released by Toho in March 1988, produced by Shin-Ei Animation. Adapted from Fujiko Fujio A's TV series Ultra B, the short is helmed by chief director Hiroshi Sasagawa and director Masuji Harada. Notably presented as a 3D film viewed through red-and-blue anaglyph glasses, the story has the superpowered baby Ultra B saving Earth from the schemes of the black-hole-born dictator B-B.
