Adapting the school arc of Tadashi Yamamoto's Saishu Kyoshi manga, director Toyoo Ashida delivers an outrageous tale set at the chaotic Nan-Nansei High School, where the cyborg bio-weapon teacher Ganchu's extreme methods clash with the leopard-print clad delinquent queen Harumi in a parade of explosive violent gags and high-school parody. With vivid animation and Kome Kome Club's unforgettable ending Gayu, the work is fondly remembered as a daringly transgressive OVA of the late 1980s.
