In a future megacity where rival psychic organizations clash, the private-eye-styled young man K, the psychic little girl Ai and their hulking partner Rider race through neon-lit chases and gun battles. Sharp graphic design preserves the manga's bold style, while the title song crafted by Johnny, Yoko Aki and Shiro Sagisu helped establish the template for late-80s Japanese cyberpunk.
