Young man Rou frequents the telephone service Madonna and falls for operator Rumi Natsumi, but his emotional outbursts trigger a strange physical transformation. Despite some racier content, the OVA delivers an urbane romantic comedy about 80s youth, and is fondly remembered as voice actress Sakiko Tamagawa's lead-role debut.
