A successor OVA to Ryosuke Takahashi's Sunrise fantasy mecha series. Set after the TV ending, young federation warrior Jordy Border once again climbs into the giant Galient mecha to face a renewed imperial threat in fragmented short-form episodes. The medieval-fantasy world fusing iron and magic, Sunrise's signature gravitas, Toru Fuyuki's score and theme songs by Daisuke Inoue and EUROX combine to mark a high water mark of late-80s OVA storytelling.
