A fan-club-exclusive memorial album for Rumiko Takahashi's SF romcom classic. Narrated by a colossal Mendou family surveillance satellite called Shu-chan, the OVA strings together famous scenes featuring Ataru, Lum, Shutaro Mendou, Shinobu and the rest of Tomobiki High in a digest format combined with newly drawn footage. The novel mecha point of view and Kanako Narikiyo's theme song 'Sweet Dream' add value to the loving tribute.
