A comedic SF OVA from Project Team Perpetual Motion and Anime R about a trio of cosmic angels. Misha, Sherry and Ray, dispatched by a struggling angel academy as Galaxy Patrol to Earth, leap headfirst into every kind of earthbound trouble. The OVA is a textbook example of late-80s school-meets-SF-meets-gag storytelling, brightened by upbeat theme songs from the in-character idol unit Winkies featuring voice actresses Yuriko Yamamoto, Asaya Okamoto and Yumiko Shibata.
