The second installment of the theatrical/OVA adaptation of Shuichi Shigeno's biker manga. Following the Tsukuba Arc of Part I, Komaro 'Cori' Gun takes on Japan's top circuit Suzuka. Joining a manufacturer-backed racing team, Cori clashes with veteran and international riders during his first true circuit race. Idol Yoko Oginome handled both the theme songs and the voice of heroine Ai Ito, capturing the 80s motor-sport craze and youth culture in motion.
