High-school motor enthusiast Kenichi Matsubara and the boys of his new motorcycle club Carucha pursue their dreams of getting their mid-size licenses, race rivals and stumble through first love, all set to fusion band The Budokan's energetic original soundtrack including 8 Beat Teenager and Golden Faraway.
