TV anime produced by Group TAC based on Koi Ikeno's shojo manga serialized in Shueisha's Ribon magazine. Aired from October 7, 1982 to September 22, 1983 on Nippon Television, 34 episodes total. A school comedy following Ranze Eto, a hybrid girl born to a vampire father and werewolf mother, who can transform into anyone she bites while falling for human boy Shun Makabe. Focused on the original manga's first arc 'Ranze chapter', the series greatly influenced subsequent shojo manga adaptations.
