A television anime produced by Tatsunoko Production and aired on Fuji Television, the fourth installment of the long-running Time Bokan time-travel comedy franchise. When the villainous trio Atasha, Sekovich and Dwarski - operating as the Ojama-Man - travel through history to rewrite events in their favour, future Time Patrol agents Hikaru and Nana respond by transforming into the costumed heroes Otasukeman and Otasukelan. Together with their loyal mecha sidekick Tosuke, they race through historical and mythical eras to put events back on their proper course. Trademark Tatsunoko slapstick, Masayuki Yamamoto's exuberant theme music, weekly mecha battles, and free-wheeling, gag-driven takes on world history combine to make Otasukeman one of the most fully realized comedy entries in the Time Bokan canon.
