After losing their star players in an accident the previous year, the Tachibana High School girls' volleyball team rebuilds under third-year Mimi Hijiri. Developing special techniques like the "Two-Stage Spike," they battle rivals through regional and national tournaments across 23 episodes of friendship, setbacks, and determination.
