Zero Tester: Mamore Chikyuu!

An SF mecha action anime produced by Soeisha and Sunrise Studio, based on the original work by Hajime Yatate. The second series following 1973's "Zero Tester" with the subtitle "Mamore Chikyu!" The Zero Tester team battles space invader Armanoids. As an early Soeisha (later Sunrise) work, it forms part of the lineage leading to "Mobile Suit Gundam." This second season featured major renewals in mecha design and tone.
