When robotics genius Dr. Kotaro Azuma's android army led by Bryking Boss rebels against humanity, he transforms his body into the Neo-Human "Casshern" to fight back. With his dog rebuilt as robotic Friender and girlfriend Luna, he wages a lonely war against android forces worldwide. Exploring the anguish of being "neither human nor robot" alongside deep love for humanity. Later remade as OVA, new TV series, and live-action film. 35 episodes.
